Climate impacts are not shared equitably. Vulnerable communities face disproportionate risks from climate change, Climate Transition 2100 CIC was established to bridge the gap between high-level policy ambition and on-the-ground realities, shaping the decarbonisation transition pathways that place inclusive, accessible and real impact at the core.
Looking toward 2100, CT2100 believes a decarbonised and sustainable future is achievable when practical climate solutions are designed with people, fairness, and long-term resilience in mind.
